Established in 1984, Par Avion Meetings and Conventions, a full-service convention housing, travel and meeting management company, has become a critical player in the hospitality industry.

Letter from the Founder


I began the company to fill a market demand for flexible, high-quality, one-stop housing and travel for convention organizers and meeting planners. But from the outset, it was Par Avion’s high degree of integrity and unwavering commitment to clients that truly distinguished the business.

Lead by a dynamic management team with more than a century of industry experience under our collective belts, Par Avion handles everything from administering small board meetings to coordinating housing for citywide conventions. Our focus is global, but we treat every client as though they are our only client.

Overall, our goal is to provide a well-orchestrated convention housing program that reflects the latest technology and maintains the highest level of customer service. Our clients will attest to our significant expertise in increasing room count, reducing or eliminating attrition fees and improving customer satisfaction. We are so adept at this that we have not had a “former” client in more than a decade.
