Par Avion Meetings and Conventions, a full service housing, registration, travel and meeting management company was established in 1984.

Par Avion has a dynamic management team with over 30 years of professional housing, registration, travel and meeting management experience. Par Avion was created for several reasons. The demand for a flexible, high-quality housing, registration and travel company, with a high degree of integrity and commitment to clients, inspired founder and CEO, Toby Brenner to create Par Avion Meetings and Conventions.

With nearly two decades of professional housing experience, our dynamic management team has successfully worked together on meetings both domestic and international. Our experience ranges from small board meetings to coordinating housing for citywide conventions.

Par Avion’s goal is to provide a well-orchestrated convention-housing program while keeping abreast of technology and making customer service a top priority. Our long-term clients will attest to the fact that we have significantly increased room count, reduced or eliminate attrition fees, and greatly improved customer satisfaction.
