Customer Service Call Center
Customer service begins with our in-house service and call center. Appropriately staffed with extended hours, convention participants can arrange their housing, registration and travel either on-line or with one phone call, or one fax to your convention’s toll-free, personalized telephone number, answered with your convention’s name. Additionally, during your convention’s program dates, you will have a staffed 24-hour customer service line for travel and reservation assistance.
