President & CEO
Toby has more than twenty-five years experience in the hospitality industry. She is skilled in large-scale contract negotiation with hotels, airlines (both charter and scheduled) and ground transport companies. As President, CEO and founder, Toby oversees all phases of administration, sales, customer relations, strategic planning and revenue control. She has a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University and served as a Director for the Professional Convention Management Association both on a local and national level. |

Jo Ann Worthington
Director of Sales & Marketing
Jo Ann has more than twenty years of sales experience in the hospitality industry including four years at GES Exposition Services as Director of Sales of the Los Angeles office and nearly eighteen years at LAINC., The Los Angeles Convention & Visitors Bureau, as Vice President, Western Region Sales. While at LAINC., Jo Ann worked closely with the Los Angeles Convention Center and surrounding hotels to promote the area for large citywide conventions and trade shows. She has a Bachelors of Science degree in Management from the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University. |

Vice President of Incentives Division
Sherrie has more than twenty years of experience in the meeting planning and incentive travel business. She excels in working with clients in creating unique and compelling travel programs all over the world that generate excitement and increased sales. Sherrie leads her team in a variety of functions including program budgets, pre-program promotion, airline negotiations, hotel selection and negotiations, event design, on-site operation and overall customer satisfaction. Sherrie has Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Seattle Pacific University. |

Operations Manager
Jill has nearly twenty-five years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining Par Avion, Jill worked as a travel agent where she was the lead agent for large corporate accounts such as The Los Angeles/Oakland Raiders and Chevron USA. She has also arranged large-scale group travel plans for the NFL and the Super Bowl where events had as many as 800 travelers. |

Rosa Gutierrez
Call Center Manager
Rosa has nearly twenty years of experience at Par Avion and in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining the company, Rosa worked as an after-hour reservations agent assisting stranded travelers. In that position, Rosa learned the Apollo, Sabre, Amadeus and Worldspan reservations systems. Her experience at Par Avion includes that as a travel agent, call center agent, call center manager and on-site representative. |
