 HIGH SCHOOL MARCHING BANDS
Welcome to Par Avion Band Travel Services, a travel agency focusing on the travel needs of high school and university bands. Perform in the Magic Music Days at Disneyland. March in the Rose Parade on New Year's Day. Participate in Band Festivals all over the world. We can take you where you want to go. Within budget.
AIR TRAVEL:
We will ticket your air transportation. Reserve your hotel accommodations. Coordinate your ground transportation. Help you enter parades/festivals. Let us take care of the travel details so you can take care of your band.
We've traveled with small groups, we've traveled with big groups. Tell us where you want to go and we'll find the most inexpensive airfare to get you there or we'll work with your preferred airline and/or charter.
We will also coordinate with the airline to transport your instruments and equipment and arrange for practice facilities nearby.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
We'll help you find an affordable and secure hotel for your band. Something within proximity to your events. We'll also take you on a site-visit for final approval to reassure you that your group will be in a safe and comfortable lodging.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION:
We'll coordinate your air AND ground transportation. Select from chartered motorcoaches, mini-buses, vans, private sedans and limousines. Arrive safely and in comfort.
PARADES AND FESTIVALS:
We've taken bands to the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, Rose Parade and Rose Bowl game (The Ohio State Marching Band), Orange Bowl Parade, Holiday Bowl Parade, and Magic Music Days at Disneyland, among other places.
